1 pound fresh spinach
5 green onions
1/2 pound bacon
1 1/2 teaspoons bacon fat
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Mix together bacon, onion and spinach. DRESSING: Pour 1 1/2 teaspoons bacon fat in skillet. Add sugar, salt and vinegar. Add egg, cook until thick. (Do not put dressing in refrigerator as bacon fat will separate and look icky.)
