    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons cornstarch
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
    8 ounces frozen unsweetened cherries, thawed


    Recipe



    Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan, stirring until smooth.

    Add lemon juice and cherries; stir well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Yield: 1 cup.
