    Melt 3/4 stick butter in pan. Stir in 1/3 cup sifted flour, 1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, pepper. Stir. Cook 1 minute. Stir in 2 1/2 cups light cream. Cook till it thickens. Stir in parsley. Serve with Fish Balls
