    Sweet and Sour Sauce-1

    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1 tbls chopped green pepper
    1 tbls chopped pimento
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1 tsp paprika

    In pan, mix first four ingredients. Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp salt. Simmer 5 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch mixed in cold water.
