1 lb gresh or frozen shrimps (peeled and cleaned if fresh)
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cold water
1 cup flour
Cherry Sauce (I like V-H or Wong)
Recipe
Mix eggs, water and flour. Dip the shrimps in this batter. Deep fry shrimps in corn oil at 365 degrees for 3-4 minutes, till golden brown. Serve with rice and cherry sauce.
