2 tbls frozen haddock fillets
1 cup cracker meal
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper (or lemon-pepper)
1 1/2 cup light cream
Recipe
Thaw haddock just enough to cut in crumbs. Out through grinder twice. Place in large bowl. Add cracker meal, salt, pepper, cream. Mix with hands. Shape into 1 inch balls. Half fill pan with water. Heat to boiling. Drop fish balls, half at a time. Simmer 10 minutes. Lift out. Drain well. Keep warm. Put Parsley Sauce over balls. Sprinkle paprika.
