1 cup cooked flaked lobster
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups pineapple, cubed
1/2 cup celery- chopped
1/4 cup salad dressing
2 bananas, sliced
Recipe
Mix lobster, salt, pineapple, celery and dressing. Place in refrigerator until serving time. Just prior to serving, fold in sliced bananas and then sprinkle salad with lemon juice. Serve immediately over a lettuce leaf.
