2/3 cup minute rice
1 can mushroom or celery soup
1 can frozen or 1 cup fresh boiled lobster
Cook rice. Moisten the cooked rice with some of the soup. Place in
casserole dish. Cover with the lobster. Add more soup. Cover with cracker crumbs and grated
cheese. Dit with butter. Bake at 350º from 45-50 minutes.
