1 pkg frozen fillets
2 eggs
1 cup flour
3/4 cup water
1 jar swwet and sour sauce
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 cup onion rings
4 tbls oil
1 can sliced pineapple
3 cups uncooked instant rice
Recipe
Beat together eggs, flour and water. Dip defrosted fillets in batter and deep fry in oil 375 degrees or till golden brown. Remove and drain. Heat 4 tbls oil in a frying pan and saute pineapple. Set aside. In the same manner, fry pepper strips and nion rings together for 5 minutes. Remove excess oil, add sweet and sour sauce. Bring to a boil. Prepare rice. Cover the surface of a casserole dish with hot rice. Arrange slices of pineappe on top, then the fillets. Baste with hot sauce.
