6 cups chicken broth
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 tso MSG
1 1/2 tsp corn starch
salt and pepper to taste
Dash of ginger
Recipe
Combine broth, MSG, ginger, celery and seasonings in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Simmer 7 minutes. Mix corn starch with one cup of cold water. added slowly to the broth. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and very slowly, add egg. Stir with fork
