Lay spinach on top. Make sure spinch is squeezed dry. Season with favourite herbs. In blender, mix cream cheese, mayo and milk. Spoon over veggies. Sprinkle 1/3 cu Parmesan cheese. Bake @ 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
