    Artichoke Spinach Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    1 can artichokes
    2 pkg frozen spinach
    1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
    2 tbls mayo
    6 tbls milk

    Recipe



    In greased casserole, cut up artichoke. Lay spinach on top. Make sure spinch is squeezed dry. Season with favourite herbs.

    In blender, mix cream cheese, mayo and milk. Spoon over veggies. Sprinkle 1/3 cu Parmesan cheese.

    Bake @ 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
