10 med.-sized carrots
1/2 minced onion
1/2 cup minced parsley
1 tablespoon natural sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup boiling water
Recipe
Wash and scrape carrots lightly; cut in half lengthwise and crosswise.
Place in a baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle mixture over the carrots, then pour boiling water over all. Cover and bake in a moderate-to-hot oven about an hour and a half (1 1/2).
