6 sweet potatoes
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 1/2 tbls lemon juice

Cook the 6 potatoes in boiling water until nearly tender. Peel and cut in 1/2 inch slices. Place in shallow baking dish. Season with salt and papkika. Sprinke tthe s brown sugar, rind and juice over the potatoes.
Dot with butter (2 tbsl).
Bake uncovered in a moderately hot oven (375F) for 20 minutes.
