one bnch of carrots (about 2 lb.)
1 lrge onion, sliced thinly
1 larger green pepper, cut in thin strips
1 can tomaoto soup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp worcshershire sauce

Layer veggies in a large bowl. In pan, blend remianing ingredients. Heat until well blended. Pour sauce over layered veggies. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
