9 large potatoes, pared in half
2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbls chopped chives
2 tbls margarine or butter
Grated cheese
Recipe
Cook potatoes. Drain and mash. Add cheese, cream, onion salt, pepper and chives. Beat until smooth. These can be kept 2 weeks in the refrigerator, covered. To serve, take what you need, put in greased casserole.
