    Latkes (Potato Pancakes)

    List of Ingredients

    3 medium grated potatoes, rinsed till water is clear. Dry well.
    1 egg
    1 tbls flour
    salt and pepper
    5 grates nutmeg



    Recipe

    Mix the ingredients. Drop in a skillet and bake @ 350 degrees.
