    List of Ingredients




    1 (2 lb) frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 (16 oz) sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 cup shredded sharp cheese
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 tsp pepper
    1/2 cup buttered Ritz crackers, crushed




    Recipe




    Combine first seven ingredients. Put in greased 13 X 9 X 1 inch pan. Sprinkle crumbs over the top.

    Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly.

    Serves 10-12
