    1 (2 3/8 oz) pkg seasoned coating mix for chicken
    4 unpeeled potatoes, cut in one inch wedges
    butter, melted

    Recipe



    Preheat oven @ 355 degrees. Pour coating mix and 1/4 tsp salt into a bag. Dip potatoes in butter, shake a few at a time in the mixture.

    Place on a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake @ 325 for 60 minutes.

    These are great for entertaining.
