4 large zuccini
2 tbls margarine (1/4 stick)
1 small minced onion
1 chicken boulion
1 tsp salt
Recipe
30 minutes before serving, cut each zucchini in half, crosswise. In skillet, melt margarine and sprinkle onion. Add zucchini, cutside down. Cook for 10 minutes. In a cup, mix boulion, salt and hot water. Reduce heat to low. Pour boulion over zucchini. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
