2 lb summer squash, cooked and drained
1 grated carrot
1 small onion, grated
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 8 oz pkg herb stuffing
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Recipe
Add squash, carrot and onion. Blend butter with the stuffing. Add cream and soup. Turn mixture in greased casserole. Place remaining stuffing on top.
