2 lb. yellow or zucchini squash
1/4 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup shredded cheese
1 8 oz. pkg Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (Other brands are fine)
Recipe
Cook squash 5 minutes and drain. Combine soup, sour cream, carrot, cheese. Add squash and onions. Put half of the stuffing in a greased casserole. Add veggies and then place the rest of the stuffing on top of the muxture.
