    Sonoma Jack Cheese Fondue

    A spicy version of cheese fondue

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups milk
    2 cups white wine (Dry)
    Butter roux, 2 oz. butter, 1/4 cup flour
    3 tbsp. corn starch
    1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 tbsp. tobasaco sauce
    1/2 tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 tbsp. celery salt
    *1/2 lb. Sonoma hot pepper jack Cheese
    *1 lb Sonoma habanero Jack Cheese
    2 oz. cheddar cheese

    Recipe

    Bring milk to a boil; add butter roux. Stir constantly. Add white wine and corn starch, stirring constantly. Add cheese and remainder of ingredients.

    *may substitute with any jack flavored cheese
