    Garlic Cheese Grits

    May be put together a day ahead of time. Just refrigerate until ready to bake.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup grits
    4 cups boiling water,salted
    2 rolls, 6 oz. each of Krafts garlic cheese
    (or any pasteurized process cheese)
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    Lawry's seasoned salt (or any spicy seasoned salt).

    Recipe



    Cook grits in boiling, salted water; stir until thick. Cut up garlic cheese into grits. Add stick of butter, two eggs, and seasoned salt, mix together. Pour into buttered casserole dish, bake for about an hour at 350 degrees or until firm and brown.
