    This casserole can be put together and refrigerated overnight.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 loaf French bread
    1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and drained
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
    2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Cut bread into cubes and mix with sausage. Place in ungreased baking dish. Top with cheese. Combine eggs, wine, pepper sauce, and green onions. Spread on top of cheese. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour (until knife inserted in middle comes out clean). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
