    1/4 c egg substitute
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn,drained
    1 pkg Jiffy corn bread mix
    1 6oz carton fat-free vanilla yogurt

    Recipe



    Slightly beat egg substitute in square baking dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes.
