    1 (15 oz.) Box Kashi GoLean Crunch Cereal
    4 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
    1 Tablespoon Fat Free Margarine Spread
    6 Tablespoons Reduced Fat Peanut Butter

    Spray a 9X13 inch cake pan with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray; set aside. Place the cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside. Place the marshmallows, margarine and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl and heat until the marshmallows start to melt (approx. 1 minute). Stir the marshmallow mixture until the peanut butter has been incorporated, and pour over the cereal. Mix with a large spoon until combined (mixture will be very sticky). Pour into prepared 9X13 pan. Spray a piece of wax paper with non-stick cooking spray and place the wax paper on top of the cereal (sprayed side down). Press the cereal evenly into the pan. Remove wax paper and allow to cool completely. Cut into 18 pieces and store in an airtight container. These are good for breakfast, or as a treat anytime of the day.
