Chicken Alfredo - 5

List of Ingredients
1/2 lb whole grain fettuccine (I used 1/2 lb Barilla Plus Angel Hair pasta)
1 1/4 C FF Half and Half
1 Tbsp Butter (I used light butter)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp flour (optional)
3/4 C Parmesan cheese
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
FF Italian dressing
1 can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 bag of frozen broccoli florets (optional)
Pam cooking spray
Recipe
Cook pasta according to directions (omitting any oil or butter) and drain.
Cube chicken into bite size pieces. Marinate in FF italian dressing. (I did mine overnight, but there's no set time). Spray skillet with Pam. Cook chicken over med. heat until done.
Heat butter, half and half, garlic, salt, pepper and flour over med/high heat. Stir constantly and make sure flour dissolves (if you chose to use it). Add parmesan cheese and continue stirring until cheese is melted. Add mushrooms. I cooked this for about 3-4 mins total. The flour helped thicken it a bit.
Put pasta in a large bowl and pour alfredo sauce over it. Add chicken and gently toss.
