List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast(s)
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp scallion(s)
2 clove garlic clove(s)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ginger root
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
Recipe
Mix up the vinegar, soy sauce and sugar and set aside. Cut up your chicken breast and shake w/ the cornstarch. Saute in the oil. Remove the chicken when browned. (5 minutes or so)
Add the scallions, garlic, ginger root, and pepper to the pan and saute for a minute or two. Add the vinegar mixture. Bring to a simmer. Add the chicken back in and allow the sauce to thicken.
Serve over rice.
6 servings. 3 points each.
I also usually add green beans or broccoli to this.
