    List of Ingredients




    4 chicken boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3 Tab. brown sugar
    2 Tab. vinegar
    2 Tab. Worc. sauce
    2 tea. mustard

    Recipe



    Place chicken in baking dish. Mix other ing., spoon over chicken. Bake UNcovered, 350 degrees, 40 minutes or so.

    4 servings at 5 pts. per serving.
    DELICIOUS! Leftovers are good too.
