    Broccoli and Cheese Soup - 1

    List of Ingredients




    16 oz frozen chopped broccoli
    8 oz Kraft Velveeta Light Reduced-Fat Pasteurized Processed Cheese Product
    2 cube chicken bouillon cube
    8 cup water

    Recipe



    In saucepan combine broccoli, chicken bouillon and water. Cook until broccoli is very tender.
    While broccoli is cooking measure and dice the Velveeta light cheese.

    When broccoli is tender puree until smooth. I use a stick blender for this.

    Add diced cheese salt and pepper to taste and stir untilcheese is melted.
