    Cauliflower Cheese Soup - 1

    List of Ingredients




    16 oz frozen cauliflower
    8 oz Kraft Velveeta Light Reduced-Fat Pasteurized Processed Cheese Product
    2 cube chicken bouillon cube
    8 cup water

    Recipe



    In saucepan combine cauliflower, chicken bouillon and water. Cook until cauliflower is very tender.
    While cauliflower is cooking measure and dice the Velveeta light cheese.

    When cauliflower is tender puree until smooth. I use a stick blender for this.

    Add diced cheese salt and pepper to taste and stir until cheese is melted.
