FROSTED LIVERWURST PATE

I usually make this during the Christmas holidays and it disappears quite quickly! Even those of us who don't like 'liver', like this!
List of Ingredients
- 1# liverwurst
- 1/2 tsp. tasil
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 onion, minced
- 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1Tbls. mayonaise
- 3-4 drops Tabasco
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Mash liverwurst with fork, mix in garlic, basil, & onion.
- Mound on plate forming an'igloo'; cover and chill.
- Blend cream cheese, garlic,Tabasco and mayonaise; spread over the liverwurst. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
- Decorate with chopped parsley just before serving with assorted crackers.
