I usually double ths recipe and have several portions to freeze for later use. It's sooooo good!
List of Ingredients
2# beef, cubed
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 cup red cooking wine
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
Recipe
Arrange beef cubes in casserole dish and sprinkle dry onion soup on top. Dissolve bouillon cube in 1/2 cup boiling water and mix with wine and mushroom soup, pour liquid mixture over meat. Cover and bake at 325º for 3-4 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
