List of Ingredients
4-6 pound whole feef brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
salt, garlic salt, celery salt
2 onions
Worcestershire sauce
1 6-oz. bottle barbecue sauce
Recipe
Pour liquid smoke over brisket, season with salts, cover with chopped onions. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, pour off and discard liquid smoke and douse with Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 275º for five hours. Uncover and pour on the barbecue sauce, bake for another hour.
