Texas Style Smoked Brisket
4-6 lb. brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
salt, garlic salt, celery salt to taste
2 onions, chopped
Worchester sauce
1 6 oz. bottle Kraft Barbecue sauce
Pour liquid smoke over whole brisket, season with salts and cover with
chopped onions. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before cooking pour
off liquid smoke and douce with Worchester Sauce. Cover with foil and
bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours. Uncovr and pour barbecue sauce
over, bake for one more hour. Delicious!
