This makes great toast!

List of Ingredients

9 oz. warm water (105-115º)
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbls. sugar
1 1/2 tbls. nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup bread flour
1 1/2 tbls. butter
2 cups Gold Medal Better for Wheat Bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast


Recipe

Put ingredients in bread machine in the order given above.


NOTE:
I was in a hurry one time when I made this bread and decided to just let the dough go through the 'first rise'in the machine, put it in a regular loaf pan and punch down a few times, then bake it in the oven for 34 minutes. I believe it's even better..doesn't take as long and no hole in the bottom!
