    ICEBOX CHEESECAKE

    Crust:
    32 squares 'cinnamon crisp' graham crackers (Kebler)
    ¼ # melted butter
    2 tbls. sugar
    Mix together, save 1 cup for top. Press into pan to form crust..
    Filling:
    1 3oz. pkg. lemon jello
    1 cup boiling water
    Mix well and allow to cool but not set, but just ready to jell.
    Mix following together in electric mixer until thoroughly creamed.
    1 cup sugar
    12oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp.vanilla extract
    Add lemon jello and mix well. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream (1 cup before

    whipped). Pour into prepared crust, sprinkle saved crumbs on top. Place in refrigerator and let set

    overnight, or, in deep freezer for 2-3 hours.
