Recipe Introduction

I have used Tostada Chips instead of the Crescent Rolls and it gives the dish a nice 'South of the Border' flavor'!

List of Ingredients

1lb ground beef
1 (8oz) tomato sauce
3-4 drop tabasco sauce
4oz grated cheddar cheese
2T taco seasoning
1can (4oz) green chilies, diced
1can cresent rolls
1c refried beans



Recipe

Preheat oven to 375º.
Brown meat; drain. Stir in seasonings. Grease 9x10 inch pie plate. Seperate rolls and arrange them in bottom of pie plate. Press together. Layer with beans, meat, chillies & cheese. Bake at 375 for 18 - 20 minutes. Probably would serve with a tossed salad.
