BLT MACARONI SALAD

List of Ingredients
1# bacon, fried and crumbled
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
4-5 green onions, finely chopped
1 large tomato, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup mayonaise
2 tblsp. white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and rinse under cold water. In a large bowl combine the macaroni,onion, tomato and celery. In a small bowl combine the mayonaise, vinegar, salt and pepper...pour over the macaroni mixture and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and chill for about 2 hours. Just before serving add the bacon, serve over lettuce leaves.
