    PINK LADY SALAD

    This could also be served as a refreshing dessert!

    List of Ingredients

    CRUST:
    1 1/2 cups pretzel crumbs
    1 cube margarine
    1/2 cup sugar
    ~~~~
    FILLING:
    1 small can pink lemonade consentrate
    1 can condensed sweetened milk
    1 8 oz. carton cool whip

    Recipe

    Blend together the pretzel crumbs, margarine and sugar and put in 9x13" pan...save 1/4 cup crumbs for topping. Bake for about 10 minutes at 350º. Cool.
    Combine the lemonade consentrate and condensed sweetened milk, fold in cool whip; pour into baked shell, sprinkle remaining pretzel crumbs on top. Chill for about 1 hour.
