    STUFFED FRENCH BREAD

    1 large loaf French Bread
    2 8-ounce pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
    1 cup mayonaise
    1 red pepper, seeded and finely diced
    1/3 cup fresh pasley leaves
    1 package Italian Salad dressing mix
    1 jar chopped dried beef (optional)

    Recipe



    Slice the bread in half lengthwise, remove the inside bread in each half to make room for stuffing. (Store the bread you remove and freeze to use for bread crumbs.) In large bowl, combine all of the other ingredients, mix wel. Fill each half of loaf with mixture and put together. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 3 hours. Slice in about one-inch portions to serve.
