1/4 cup good grade virgin olive oil
1 cube butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 Tbls. basil
3 Tbls. fresh Parmesan cheese, drated
pinch of red pepper flakes
fresh grated black pepper to taste
3 7 oz. cans minced or chopped clams
1 pkg. linguini noodles, cooked as directed
Recipe
Warm the olive oil in saucepan, add butter and simmer until melted. Add garlic, parsley, basil, cheese, red and black pepper, bring to boil. Add clams with liquid and again bring to boil. Serve over prepared noodles.
