    This is a little different way to make this favorite southern dish...easy and good!

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, DO NOT DRAIN!
    1 4oz. can green chilies (optional)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º. Place butter in casserole dish and sit in oven to melt. Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour.
