6 slices of bacon
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 Tbls. flour
2 Tbls. brown sugar
1 Tbls. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. epper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz. can green beans, crained
Recipe
Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel, leave about
3 Tbls. bacon drippings in pan; add onions and celery o pan and cook on medium heat until tender. Blend in the flour, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and mustard. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring constantly until thickened, add beans. Pour into casserole dish and top with crumbled bacon. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350º until bubbly.
