2 pound bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can mushroom sdoup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
Salt & pepper to tasteRecipe
Place potatoes in a large bowl and allow to thaw; add the soup, sour cream, 3/4 cup cheese and salt & pepper, mix thoroughly and place in a large casserole dish. Bake for 55 minutes, sprinkle the reserved cheese on top and return to oven for about 7 minutes more until cheese is melted.
