    Bread machine Vanilla Bread

    • 1/2 cup hot water
    • 1 tbsp vanilla
    • 1/3 cup sour cream
    • 1 egg beaten
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 3 tbsp sugar
    • 1 1/4 tsp salt
    • 3 cups flour
    • 2 tsp yeast


    Instructions


    1. Beat the egg in a cup with a fork, add the vanilla, sour cream, oil, stir with a fork. Put into bread machine, rinse cup out with the 1/2 cup hot water, add to machine. Add the sugar, then salt, then flour and last yeast.

    2. Set machine on dough, remove dough and kneed a few times, make into rolls or bread, Let rise till doubled.

    3. Bake 350 for 20 to 25 min.

    4. Brush margarene over tops as soon as you remove from oven.

    7. Mix 1 egg beaten and 1 tbsp water, brush on bread or rolls just before you put in the oven.
