    This is called by some people the worlds best cinnamon buns.
    It is marvelous

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup warm milk
    1/4 cup warm water
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup butter room temp
    2 eggs beaten
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    5 cups flour
    3 tsp active yeast

    Recipe



    Add everything to bread machine.
    Put in oiled bowl to rise.
    Add more flour if needed or more water
    Butter 9 x 13 pan
    Roll and stretch dough out to measure about 15 X 25 inches
    Brush dough with 1/2 cup melted butter. with spatula
    Sprinkle cinnamon filling over butter ( filling --mix 1 1/2 cup brown sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon ) add a handfull of raisins if desired at this point.
    Starting at long edge roll up dough. Pinch seams to seal. Don't roll too tight.
    Using serated knife cut buns into 1 1/2 inch sections. Place cut side up on greased pan. They should not touch each other.
    Cover to rise 46 to 60 min.
    Bake oven 350 20 to 25 min.
    Let cool Makes 15 rolls


    Butter frosting
    2 ox cream cheese room temp
    1/4 cup butter room temp
    1 cup icing sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    Mix well spread or drizzle on buns.
