List of Ingredients



• 1 angel food cake mix or bought angel food cake
  
• 4 cup strawberries and juice
  
• 2 cups rhubarb cooked with added sugar
  
• 1 cup juice from strawberries or add orange juice
  
• 2 instant puddings
  
• 1 pint whipping cream
  






Instructions



1. Bake angel food cake or use a store bought cake. Mix pudding as to directions on pk.
   
   
2. Break cake into chunks,put into large serving bowl drain strawberries, Pour 1 cup juice over cake, Mix berries and rhubarb put half over cake, put half the pudding over then half the fruit, and the rest of the pudding. Top with the whip cream.
   
   
3. Decorate with strawberries.

Make this in a glass dish to see the different layers of fruit etc.
