    Easy baked fish and chips

    2 potatoes cut into 8 wedges each
    2 tbsp italian dressing
    1 pouch shake n bake divided
    2 or 3 fillets
    2 tbsp Miracle whip dressing.

    Recipe



    Oven 400
    spray cookie sheet
    Toss potatoes with dressing spread over bottom of cookie sheet
    Bake 15 to 20 min
    Place 3 tbsp coating mix on a plate spread fish with half the miracle whip turn ov then do the same on other side of fillet. Press into coating mix repeat other side . coat all filits .
    Turn potatoes Place around edge of pan sprinkle with rest of coating mix.
    Place fish in centre of pan
    Bake 15 min or till fish flakes easily and potatoes are tender
