2 tbsp flour heaping
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp thyme
4 pork chops
2 tbsp butter
1 tin cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
Hot cooked rice prepared
Recipe
On wax paper mis flour sage thyme . coat chops on both sides with mixture
In skillet in med heat in butter cook chops 10 minutes or till brown on both sides. Push chops to one side of skillet .
Stir in soup and water stirring to loosen brown bits. Stir in chops. Reduce heat to low. cover cook till done. 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over the cooked hot rice with the meat sauce
